• DVD Snow White
  Speedy delivery - perfect as described - many wonderful extras included. Granddaughters were thrilled at Christmas.

• Very disappointed!
  I was extremely disappointed and irritated with this DVD. The disc I received is defective. There is about 20 minutes missing from the tape due to this defect. I used it in my DVD player and I tried it in another DVD player and the same defect came thru in both players. The DVD is basically worthless with these defects.
  What makes it worse, is that it was a Christmas gift for my grandchildren.
  I will never purshase merchandise from this venue again.

• Never Received Item
  I never received this item from the seller. I have written them three times and have received no resolution. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and I was unable to give it to her. I am very disappointed in the seller and suggest Amazon stop any business with them.

• Customer Service
  I ordered Snow White in plenty of time to get the movie for my grandaughter for Christmas. I didn't receive it in over a week so I emailed the company to ask about it. I received an email from them (Seemybooks) promptly stating that Amazon had given them the wrong zip code and that they had just put it in the mail to me with the right zip code. I waited until Christmas Eve mail to see if the movie would come. When it wasn't in the mail I emailed them back to tell them I hadn't received the movie. Another... more info
