Amazing Knife
This is a great knife for hard and soft cheeses. It has a good grip and comfortable design. My wife was skeptic about it but when she used it she immediately told me to order an additional one as a gift for her parents because they are cheese lovers too. Global is simply the best...and my wife really likes them.
My wife is the Iron Chef of the house, but I know a good thing when I see it. Both of us swear by this brand. I plan to get the wife every type of Global knife ever made.
