• Enjoy the peaceful feeling
  I have been rotation this and some of the other meditations from Kathy Freston. I really enjoy them. Not sure if it's brought me added abundance of wealth (would love it), but I do feel calmer and happier when I take 20 mins out of my evening to do the meditations and just relax.

• Too Religious
  "Though she uses "higher power" and "universe" She also says "god will take take of you" and "surrender to god."

• Solid visualization tool
  I resist paying for products that claim to help me accumulate wealth. I know how the author is making his/her money (selling me such products), but....
  I have Kathy's body and relationship CDs though, and found them to be great examples of visualization techniques. After doing a centering exercise she leads you into the experience of actually feeling what you what to manifest/being in the moment of having it already. Her Abundance CD was a similar style and focuses on more than money accumlation,... more info

• All I can say is Beautiful
  I just wanted to put up here that this cd meditation is really a beautiful thing. It helped me find in my life what I couldn't before. I hope some of you try it too, and you'll see that fulfillment isn't so hard to find. I ended up buying 5 more cd's, some for me and some for friends, and I think K. Freston has really got a gift to give.
