Helps me stay moving!
I ordered this brace when I was about 25 weeks pregnant with baby #2. I had quite a bit of vulvar swelling and couldn't be on my feet for more than 10 minutes at a time. This brace has helped tremendously!! I recommend putting it on as soon as you get up in the morning. It is tight (obviously), so I try to take it off and lie down for 30 minutes mid-day.

I would recommend putting it on when you get dressed in the morning- I... more info

I ordered 2 and if they both happen to be in the laundry at the same time, I am miserable without it. It does create some strange panty lines, but most maternity shirts hang down in the back far enough that it isn't a problem. Also I ordered a size bigger than suggested anticipating the weight I would gain throughout the rest... more info
