Highly recommend this book!
When I decided at the ripe old age of 34 that it was time to get pregnant I didn't want to leave anything to chance, so I read (and reread) this book. After implementing Toni's advice, I was pregnant the next month. I've since recommended it to 3 friends who were having trouble conceiving. One now has an 8 month old son, and 2 are pregnant. information every girl/woman should know
Even though I do not plan to use this method of birth control, I learned so much about myself...that no one ever told me. Not even sex ed class mentioned half of the things in this book. Every woman needs to know about her own body and cycle, this book provides an easy, humorous way to learn. I plan to share this book with my own daughter when she reaches puberty.

Absolutley Eye-Opening!
This book is a real page turner! I am learning about my body all over again! It is way better than all the other fertility books I've read. The book gets scientific and detailed (not vague and general like all the other books). It describes in detail why many other methods of TTC don't work and how using the FAM can help you understand your body better. It is also a great book in order to use the FAM as a method of birth control. I recommend this book to EVERY woman EVERY age! YOU MUST GET IT!!!

Toni describes in simple, easy-to-understand language 3 easy and natural ways a woman can track her fertility. Why run off to fertility specialists when perhaps all that is missing is a bit of chicken egg-white? This book could save you lots of pain, effort, and dollars. If you're not getting pregnant and want to, read this book first, chart your temperature for several months (I would try 4 to 6), and if you are... more info
