  Chicago Cutlery Steak Knife set with walnut handles. These knives are a good value. Blade is not serrated so it doesn't tear the meat. Requires frequent sharpening as any steak knife would because your cutting on a hard (ceramic) surface. However they are easy to sharpen. The handles could be polished. They are rough as received.

  the knives are OK, but I have used better ones. For cutting meat, they're fine, don't work well with chicken, but overall they fit my purpose.
