  I seldom review products but after using this a bit, I feel compelled to do so. I want to start by saying I think this is a pretty good cleaner as long as you know what to expect. The shark does not get hot enough to get rid of the baked on mess on your stove or anything really sticky. This steamer does a great job of general cleaning without the use of any chemicals.
