• What a Find! Perfect!
  I am SO happy I checked Amazon when shopping online for these dishes as a wedding gift! My family collects them and so we wanted to give a starter set to the new bride, but finding them in June isn't as easy as it is through the holiday season. I had them in my shopping cart and was ready to check out at the company's main site... wincing at the nearly $30 s/h charge... when I suddenly thought to check Amazon first. Not only did I save $20/set here (I was buying 3), but I also got free super saver shipping.... more info

• Pfaltzgraff Dishes from Amazon
  I ordered a 16 piece set of dishes. Three pieces arrived broken.
  Amazon would not replace them. They chose to give a nominal
  credit of $5. The dissatisfying part was, not only would I not
  receive the option of replacements, but if I reordered another
  SET, the cost was more than double the original purchase!

• Great Price, unfortunately broken items.
  Bought as a gift, but items arrived broken. Shipped items back to Amazon to replace, and replacement items arrived broken also. Going to deal directly with Pfaltzgraff to try to eliminate more broke shipments.

• Simple than I expected
  I've been receiving as Christmas gifts one piece of a Winterberry item from a friend. They were beautiful candle sets, servers, foundue sets, etc. But I would never get a dinnerware set. So I decided this year to purchase my own.
  They are off white, which I got a little disappointed. I wish they would be white. I also wish the 16-piece would include more usefull pieces rather than a cereal bowl and a mug. Since I purchased this set to serve dinner during my X'mas dinner.
  I guess I would use this... more info
