• A useful tool for self-help of myofascial pain
  As others have already noted, the Thera Cane is a simple bar which is easy to hold - in various ways - such that you can place pressure on specific points of your back, neck, shoulders, etc. in a manner which feels almost organic, yet would otherwise be extremely difficult to reach without such a device.

• Mixed opinions
  After reading many of the reviews, I thought I had found heaven. Having back issues, knots and you name it; I wondered why there was no product out there for self back help. I came to find out, there was; Theracane.
  It does work and does help. I guess the reviews were a little almighty for me, but it beats $80.00 massages every two weeks!
