• very small, there are better choices.
  when they say it fits in your shirt pocket they're not kidding. you could probably fit 3 of these in a shirt pocket. nothing about this tiny scope impressed me. average at best quality & optics. there are better lighted handhelds w/much better optics for around the same price.

• Smart Little Instrument, Even if its Magnification Claims Are Overrated
  The things I like most about this microscope are its portability, ease of use, and built in lamp. It's handy for indulging your curiosity to see what things look like up close.

• too small
  I realize this is a MICRO, meaning small product, but it is so small it is very hard to use

• Very useful "toy"
  I agree with previous reviewer that this is more of a toy than a tool.
  It is very small (about 3" tall) and easily portable. I found the product to be sturdy and well built. Controls are not smooth and it does feel cheap.
  The item we received has a small pieace of stray material on the inside of the scope towards the rim of the lens. While it doesn't obstruct the main view of the subject, its presence is annoying.
