• Rayovac is the lamest brand ever.
  I got a Rayovac PS13 Charger and it is simply the worst charger I have ever seen. It has no technical specifications whatsoever so you have no idea how long it will take to charge your batteries. All it says is it charges overnight and like the other reviewer said "overnight" = 22 hours for a full charge because the charge current is so low that it takes forever to reach close to full capacity. • A second-rate product
  Like the other review, this thing takes so long to charge batteries. I'm done with rayovac after buying this.

• Not exactly overnight charger
  I have only had this product for a short time and I am already disappointed with it. After having the batteries in the charger for roughly 14 hours, I decided it would be in my best interest to call Rayovac and ask for some assistance. I soon found out that 14 hours is not actually long ENOUGH for the batteries to be fully charged, but I would have to wait another 8 hours for batteries to be fully charged.
