• A donut lens?
  I read the reviews that mentioned the center being blank, but didn't realize how bad it would be. I paid $20 less at Harbor Freight for a smaller camera and get a much clearer picture with no blank center and which, additionally, has sound. I wouldn't buy this product again.

• Excellent Nightvision Camera for the Price
  Good value for the price.
  Using this camera for home video surveillance. The camera is connected to the SVAT Recording system (CV1010DVR) and works very well in both day and night. The picture distance and area is restricted during nightvison, focusing primarily on center of screen. Overall this is a good purchase and recommend for the value.

• Night vision is clear but focusess on small area only
  The price is great and product is good.
  The only problem is that at night time the IR sensors only focus in small area in the middle as compare to the whole picture, therefore keeping the rest of the 70% of the screen darker than the middle. You can adjust it by increasing the brightness but then you middle section becomes very bright and in day light you have to again readjust your brightness. This can be solved if you have auto-adjusting equipment.
