• Fast and easy
  I will admit I had some trouble using this at first because I was so impatient to get to my wine. Once I learned to wait for the unit to do its thing, I had to do nothing else. I was so accustomed to having to put in some kind of struggle to get my corks out, I was in a bit of disbelief. Now that I have used this opener a few more times, it has become so easy to operate. • Not Satisfied!
  I've had this product for a year now and I haven't used it much because it's so frustrating to use. I always have to repeat the process because the cork does not come out the first time. You need lessons on the proper way to use it I guess. It's not worth the money! You're better off with the good 'ol cork screw!! It's more reliable!

• battery won't hold charge after 5 months
  Product not for serious wine drinkers does not fit all bottles I have had broken bottles on a couple of occasions. Now the battery won't hold a charge after 5 months. Buy a real corkscrew not a kitchen gadget that waste counter space.
