  I wanted to surprise my brother for x-mas with RAZR V3 phone. I was happy to buy the phone for a reasonable price from Amazon. But, when I opened the product I noticed some scratch although the external plastic package is still on it. I complained about getting a used product for a new one. I received a credt from the sellers for that.

• Phone defective
  The blue razr is defective. It would not pick up any kind of signal. I sent it back to them at my expense and they sent me an email later saying that the manufacturer is recalling them.

• Razr V3
  Cool color, stylish. Number pad is very sensitive and intuative, Signal retention is very good and voice clarity is best I have found. Great value for you money.
