  Got this back in Oct 2006 when it was bleeding edge (3 MP camera in the slimmest slider in the world). Even now, the phone stands out enough; true, Samsung makes a hundred slider phones that from afar look exactly like this but up close all of my friends know better. Simply because this phone is small and extremely light weight yet the rubberized body feels solid without any creaking or 'plasticness'. This feels expensive. • IF ONLY IT CAME WITH THE GIRL !!
  What can I say, smooth lines, typical Samsung cutting edge technology. Wonderful features, if only it came with the Girl it would be the best thing since slice bread. I wake up in the middle of the night just to play with it. Life is short, have some fun before you get old.

• Good substitute for clamshell.
  When my beloved Motorola clamshell flip phone broke, I needed an acceptable replacement immediately. I don't like the Razrs, and I needed a quad-band, so this looked to be the best option.   Navigation through the phone menus is very responsive. There's no lag when you scroll through your phone book. Internet browsing is much quicker with EDGE.
