  Before I got pregnant I mainly slept on my back so when I got pregnant and tried to sleep on my side, I found it very difficult. Inevitably I would wake up in the middle of the night on my back. After looking at all different kinds of maternity pillows I settled on this one. I liked the fact that it could be used even after I had the baby as it can be taken apart and used as two bolsters and a nursing pillow.
