• Sad and Dated
  I bought this primarily for my husband, who suffers from chronic back pain, to go with a book about the Alexander Technique (AT). My husband is more of a visual learner, so I thought the DVD would be a good intro to AT.
  The film looks very dated, and although they have some good speakers, some are really snoozers. I was hoping for more 'model' examples (modeling the postures), real life examples and ideas of how this works in everyday life.
  If that is what you are looking for, don't buy this DVD.

• Much Needed and Well-done!
  First of all, thank you very much for making this DVD. People need to know about Alexander Technique (AT). I think it is a shame that for the most part only performers know and experience AT, when all people can benefit from learning it! I would not have known about it, if I had not started to learn the piano as an adult (I read about AT in a book about piano technique!)
