  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!!! • Nice Phone - doesn't hold up to use...
  My two sons have this phone. The size and camera are great, durability is NOT. On one phone the back button stopped working. On the other phone the center button fell off (just like another review). The T-mobile store says buttons that fall off are not covered under warrantee. We are already buying a different phone at full price to replace the one with the buttons that fell off.

• Many problems
  I have not had the best luck with this phone. I have had three so far under my warranty. The first time, the end/power button just stopped working. I couldn't turn my phone off so I took it to a TMobile store, where the employee magically got it to turn off. After turning it off, he thought he was wonderful for getting it to work again, but in trying to turn it back on, it wouldn't work. I sent my phone in and was sent a second one. • Cute Phone but Slow Response to Commands
  Hi,
  I upgraded to this phone last fall and I have been disappointed ever since. You have to set the alarm every night and the commands are extremely slow. Ending a call is slow. Typing in a phone number to call is slow. Texting is slow. If you patient then this phone is for you. I paid for this phone and the phone I had previously was free and much better. I suggest going into the Tmobile store and scroll through the features to make sure everything you want is there.
