  I haven't had a chance to use the steam mop yet so I am unable to rate it! However, since I can't seem to proceed without checking something, I'll check one star at this time. I bought the mop because my sister has one and loves it. But I'm not reviewing the mop pads as indicated above, but the method of advertising for the steam mop itself.

• Too tight of a fit, Difficult to get on the head.
  The green ones that came with our Bissell steam mop fit perfectly. I can get them on and off without much trouble and they stay on. I bought these 2 extra pads when I bought the mop. But, I have to say that I use these only when the green ones are dirty and I avoid using them because the fit is so tight that they are a struggle to get on the head.   The microfiber pads for the Bissell steam mop are a very good product. They stretch to fit over the head and has a string to tighten them as need be. They absorb quite a bit of water and seem to wash up well. I've only have my steamer for about a month and so far so good. I really like it. My sister-in-law has the old style terry cloth pads and she has a lot of trouble fitting the terry cloth pads on the steamer.
