• Worked Great While It Lasted
  I would have given this product a 5 star review if it had lasted more than a few months. Initially it worked great just as advertised. It made recoiling the hose quick and easy. But, after just one summer of normal backyard usage I started to have problems with it. The spring that draws the hose back into the housing must have started to wear out because gradually more and more effort was required to guide and push the hose back into the housing. Also, it began to drip water from a leak inside the housing.... more info

• Little difficult to figure out at first
  I bought this to replace my mothers old crank unit. Works fine, but she had difficulty understanding how to adjust the locking mechanism. It's not very clear in the instructions. Nonetheless, it does the job.

  product was broken . went to mfg slow response . went retailer says toooo bad you took too long.
