  I rated this item at 5 stars because it does exactly what it is advertised to do. I made the decision to work at losing weight. I had been on the weight watchers program, and had started spending some time on an eliptical trainer. I was having some success at this. • If you follow the directions, it works!
  Yes, I know all about the "nasty" effects. I tried this product back when it was Xenical and was twice the mgs. Lets just say the side effects back then were *explosive* but the weight loss was amazing. I stopped using it because I switched jobs and could no longer be close to a restroom at all times if needed.

• The best weight loss program ever
  I have never been a heavy person, but after a long illness, I gained about fify pounds. I started using Alli approximately one year ago. I followed the program, excercising, eating right, and taking Alli. I have not only lost the fifty pounds, but a few extra. I have learned to eat a healthy diet and to continue excercising. I still use Alli, but only when needed. I highly recommend Alli.
