• I LOVE this item
  I love this item. It is small with a big clip so it does not interfere with my workout or fall off during intense activity. The controls are conveniently placed so I can advance or reverse it without looking at it. There is no special software that has to be downloaded or installed. It has a lot of features for a small price. Ideal for workouts. And, 1 GB can hold a lot of music.

• Great little machine.
  I have been using this product for about a month now and it is great. I love that it is so small i just clip it to my belt loop. Sometimes people don't even know I am wearing it. It has great sound and is easy to use. Just drag and drop like a memory card. Love it!!

  Yes, after learning by myself about this product and specially about the windows mediaplayer 10, now I can add any new album to this excellent product and it deserves 5 stars, in spite you will not find a good online service.

• Unreliable product, nonexistent customer service
  As someone already wrote, do not buy this product unless you are willing to spend a lot of time googling solutions for the issues that this device will have. I experienced a bunch of problems, from WMP not seeing songs on the device to the device playing the same song over and over again while in shuffle mode.
