• Wii Fit
  This is a lot of fun. Some of the games are really challenging, and you earn new levels and exercises quickly. You can get a good workout in 30-40 minutes, and you get lots of positive feedback. It would be nice to have more aerobics exercises; there is just hula, step, running and boxing.

  WOW this is the best thing that i have baught in a long time. I am not by any means an avid excercise junky and i do tend to get bored easaly when it comes to working out, But this has made working out fun and also given my children something very interactive to do. I have lost 10 pounds in a month just by playing for about 35-45 minutes everyother day. And i love it. I highly recomend this for anyone who dosnt have the time or the patience for the gym. I love it.

• Exercising while having fun
  The Wii Fit is really great! Not only does it tell your weight it also gives you your BMI. There are so many exercises ranging from aerobics, yoga, strength and balancing programs. You interact with the program so much its like you're within the program itself. I would highly recommend this for older adults. Not only does it get you up and moving, it helps you out with posture and balance.

  Awesome mix of games! The time flies so fast, and you're exercising and playing a video game at the same time.
