It is not designed to find a short cut to losing weight, but it does show you how to eat sensible and know how much of a certain activity will be needed to burn off calories. This is a good way to get in your mind that it is okay to eat certain things, just be prepared to work it off.     This book had so many different types of food and places to eat food. The book was easy to use and fun!
