  Hasn't been show really work. However, for some individuals, in their minds, it appears to work.

  Prior to discovering Airborne products, I would get sick several times a year and it would linger to the point where it felt like I was sick more often than I was healthy. It turned me into a nutcase about germs and sick people and washing my hands like I had Lady Macbeth syndrome or something... but Airborne *appears* to have helped me immensely!
