  Haven't yet needed to install & use the refills - but I'm sure they will be fine. The ZIP NOTES machine is the best invention since .... the post-it.

• Poor writing surface
  The paper used in the Zip Notes product has a poor writing surface. Ballpoints work fine, but with my favorite pens (Pilot Vball), the ink doesn't absorb into the paper. The result is fainter lines that easily smear. (3M post-it notes do not have this problem.) Other than that, I like the product.
