Pretty Good Basic Phone
Before my original iPhone bit the dust (my own dumb fault) I had been awaiting the arrival of the Blackberry Bold (I had been a religious Blackberry user for just about ever) but since the release date kept getting pushed back and my phone died I had to get something. Noticable improvements

At that time, Blackjack II and Blackberry Curve were the best options for me from the ATT line up. I chose the Blackjack and had no major regrets so far. On the positive side, the phone has a good sized keyboard, customizable shortcuts, good email... more info
