  Prior to the purchasing the Sierra Wireless USBConnect 881, my wireless life was tethered to Starbucks and T-Mobile HotSpots. Though I pay approx. $60/month through my AT&T Wireless (née Cingular) contract, I view my 'real' cost as less half that because (a) I was able to drop my monthly $29.95 T-Mobile contract and (b) I'm not making as many impulse buys loitering around Starbucks.
