• Fool's Gold
  This movie was awesome - it was so good to see Matthew McConaughey & Kate Hudson together again. I loved them when they played together in "How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days" & I loved them in "Fool's Gold". This movie was sooooooooooo funny - a wonderful movie!!!! I would recommend this movie to anyone. It is such a joy seeing two actors that can work so well together as these two actors can. Once again this is a movie no one should miss watching!!!!

• Fluffy romp--should be watched in the winter
  Admittedly, this is a contrived, predictable mystery, but that proves to be the focus rather than the romantic comedy that was promoted. But in the spirit of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys, it's a spunky contrived, predictable mystery. No, the characters were not all complex, but at least the powers that be went to the trouble of making them entertaining and personable.

• Not what I expected.
  This movie was so-so. I watched it on a plane and although it had me captured at first-Matthew and his fantastic body!- I somehow fell asleep through half of it. Now I was tired, but even so, if it was exciting enough-although the history lesson they provided was interesting-it should have kept me awake.
