  I have read the one star postings stating that the download does not work. It must have been fixed, because it is working now. Just go to the link cited in the book and download (The UK page). Do not go to his US web page version because it is not there. Maybe that is what the previous one star reviewers did. I had no problem downloading the audio, and it is good!

• Great Book!
  I really liked this book. It uses NLP, meditation, self-hypnosis and basic strategies for success to help reprogram ones self-image and thought patterns. I had read a few NLP books before this, but this is the first one that I was able to put to practical use. I was pleasantly surprised when it dedicated a chapter to Byron Katie's work. (If you want to stop being miserable read her book). After reading Change your life in 7 Days I felt as though I had gained some valuable skills for taking charge of my life... more info

  Paul has built upon the foundations of NLP and made great progress in bringing this life-changing Technique/Program/Technology to an ever-increasing audience. I found nothing new in the material, but the presentation and delivery are quite effective.
  I recommend reading the book, doing the exercises and improving your life. If it take you more than seven days, that's ok too. Move from one exercise to the next at your own pace.
