Concise and Informative, and it WORKS!
Wow, how can I say enough about this book in 30 seconds or less? If you HAVE to be at your best in communicating, whatever the purpose; military briefing, show biz, in your close relationships wherever, this book is the way there. Whether you're a speaking pro or perhaps a concerned citizen, make use of this book by the master of communicating to attract your goals. What an awesome mentor. Thanks Milo,

Somewhat useful
The book had some useful suggestions, and the author provided many examples that he himself has used. Natuarally how we speak can and does have an influence on people. I see that as a separate topic. I wanted a book that could help me summarize my thoughts so I can communicate them more succinctly.

After listening to this CD, I modified my business development techniques so they include a hook in the first five seconds, and have an... more info

Regardless of the approach you decide to use, you always want to be tactful and present information in such a manner that the other party will hear you. This means taking out your emotions about a manner, and replacing it... more info
