  This DVD player is a great value for the price, picture quality with up-scaling is great and works out as a good option of you're not ready to invest in blu-ray as yet.
  Pioneer's 'Elite' series have high quality audio components as well; I was able to replace both my old DVD player and audiophile grade CD player with one unit.
  Just one minor flaw (which is also the case many of the other DVD players I tried) I noticed was this player only remembers the position of the last DVD played. In contrast... more info
