  This hot sync charging cradle is junk. I was never able to establish a working connection for hot sync and tried two computers and other cables. This cable never worked while the 2 other cables always worked with both computers.
  The connection for charging was unreliable. I would need to wiggle it for the charging light to come on. Sometimes the charging light would go off for no apparent reason. Even when I had a working connection for charging the hot sync still did not work.

  A little tight putting phone in and taking out, but otherwise good. Would be excellent if a hotsync button came with next model.
