Not happy with product or service at all
I ordered a tv phone but what i received was a video phone, i had no way of exchanging this wrongly delivered product nor did i recieve any assistance. I had to cancel my service with AT&T then reorder, AT&T refused giving me new service, I now have no TV phone or service but a big bill and no refund from AMAZON.COM WHO would not accept responsibility for their mistake. be very careful when ordering if the wrong product is shipped to you, even if its not your fault you must pay for return shipping... more info

Very slim compared to iPhone
Looks like expensive phone Cons:
Touch screen is good but could be better
Could have put more functionality
