Customer Review: I have tried about 6 recipes in this book. So far, everything has been well received by my family. The recipes are easy to prepare and are wonderfully refreshing during these warm summer days.
Customer Review: This recipe book has some good recipes. I especially like the sausage and cheese breakfast cups. Some of the other recipes are rather complicated, with ingredients that may be hard to find. I have had better luck with "South Beach", than anything else.
Customer Review: Great recipes! Easy diet! The first two weeks are the hardest and I really felt tired in the afternoons, I love bread and sweets, but if you can get past those first two weeks then you have it made.
