Trendy conclusions and really rinky-dink experiments. The book went to press before some of the results of the experiments were complete! How weird is that? I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone serious about improving their health. There are many books that are much better.

I only caught one episode of the series but I thought it was interesting. When I saw the book I thought it might get me more insight. It's a pity I missed it, it would have been something to spark some conversation in the house about what's good food.
