Customer Review: Very sharp, but not spot- and rust-free, even though they state they are stainless. We have had them for three weeks now, and they look a bit spotty. My hubby wanted to send them back (doesn't like spots), but I like the sharp edges, and I don't care about the spots. Ginsu knives are much sharper... more info

Customer Review: Although I don't work as one, I graduated as a chef and I have a really good knife set, but it's already 9 yrs old. I used the diamond fingers on them and they are like new!!! I am buying a few to give as gifts- having sharp knifes makes prepping (mise-en-place) so much faster and easier.
