Do the math. The bats are $46.xx ea, the charger is @ $60.xx, the drill is a reasonably good unit, if you need replacement bats buy this kit. My 12v 1.3ah bats are on their last legs after 5 yrs, this is the best yet deal on new bats. And the free drill bits were a nice kicker on a Friday deal.
