Customer Review: This is a fantastic Wok! I cook everything in it. American skillets are primitive compared to this unit. It makes cooking fried rices easy. Three cup fried rices are easy and never burns. Very easy clean up. Use a little dish soap and wash cloth. Never put in dish washer. Too big anyway.more info
